Green House Massage Therapy, LLC– Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Green House Massage Therapy. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. **Overview**

Green House Massage Therapy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile massage business providing professional massage therapy services at clients’ locations throughout Southern California. Our services are provided by certified and insured massage therapists who adhere to industry best practices and state licensing requirements.

By booking a session with Green House Massage Therapy, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. **Eligibility**

You must be at least 18 years old to book a massage session. Clients under 18 may receive services only with the consent and presence of a legal guardian throughout the entire session.

To comfortably receive a massage, a room should be at least **8 feet by 10 feet** in size. This allows enough space to set up a standard massage table (about 6–7 feet long and 2.5 feet wide) and provide the therapist with room to move freely around all sides. The space should be clear of clutter, well-ventilated, and have a flat, stable surface. Soft lighting and a quiet atmosphere can enhance the overall relaxation experience.

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or physical concerns before the session begins. We reserve the right to decline services if we believe the session could pose a health risk to the client or therapist.

3. **Scope of Services**

Green House Massage Therapy offers the following services:

* Swedish Massage

* Deep Tissue Massage

* Sports Massage

* Prenatal Massage (only with doctor’s approval)

All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. **Booking and Payment**

Appointments must be booked at least 3 hours in advance. 

Accepted forms of payment include:

* Credit/Debit Cards

* Cash (exact change only)

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

5. **Cancellations and Refund Policy**

We understand that life happens and plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

90% Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to a 90% refund on any prepaid session for any reason, provided cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The remaining 10% covers administrative and processing costs.

If a client cancels within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 50% refund will be issued.

No-shows or cancellations after the therapist has arrived at the location will not be refunded.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

 6. **Client Responsibilities**

* Ensure a safe, quiet, and clean environment for the therapist to work in.

* Provide adequate space for a massage table and therapist mobility.

* Refrain from consuming alcohol or using recreational drugs before the session.

* Notify the therapist immediately of any discomfort or unusual sensations during the massage.

7. **Therapist Rights and Safety**

Our therapists reserve the right to:

* Refuse service for any reason that may compromise their safety, health, or ethical standards.

* End a session early if they encounter inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or the client is unfit for massage.

In such cases, no refund will be given.

 8. **Travel Policy**

We currently serve clients in the Southern California region only. A travel fee may apply for locations more than 50 miles from the therapist’s base of operations. Clients will be informed of any travel fees at the time of booking.

9. **Health and COVID-19 Policy**

Clients must disclose any contagious illnesses or symptoms before booking. If a client is visibly ill, the therapist may decline service and reschedule for a later date.

Therapists follow all current state and local health guidelines, including sanitization protocols between clients.

10. **Limitation of Liability**

Green House Massage Therapy and its therapists are not liable for:

* Any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from withheld medical information.

* Client's misuse of post-massage care instructions.

* Damage to property resulting from the client’s space setup.

*Massage therapist can't and will not be prosecuted for any and all health conditions that may happen before or after service

*By booking an appointment with Green House Massage Therapy LLC, you understand that Green House Massage Therapy LLC is not liable for any injury you may sustain during or after service including death.

*Clients accept massage therapy at their own risk and are responsible for communicating health conditions prior to service.

 11. **Privacy Policy**

We respect your privacy. All personal and health information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for booking, service provision, and internal record-keeping. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

12. **Changes to Terms**

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notice on our booking platform.
